I teach permanent classes in studios in London and Essex.

Pilatesbybeth classes

I offer bespoke, PilatesbyBeth block book classes, for clients in and around London.

The Bridge, Greenwich, London
Thursday Matwork Pilates, 9am. Term block booking.

Blackheath Squash Club, Blackheath
Friday Matwork Pilates, 7 am and 9am. £10 per class, pay on the day. No equipment needed.

1:1 Private Client sessions

I offer tailored 1:1 packages for clients around London, with sessions at home or at a studio of their convenience (additional fees may apply).

Normal fee: £50 each
